Employee Benefits Account Manager

This position works on an established book of business, quoting plans and preparing RFP's, Creating presentations for clients, conducting meetings for open enrollment, pre-renewal, and quarterly reviews, marketing, preparing policy renewals, verifying new policies, coverage changes, account review, as well as conducting consultative conversations with clients. We are looking for someone with three or more years of employee benefits experience and a Life & Health license, please consider applying today!

Position Focus:

  • Manage an established book of business assigned specifically to you which would include renewals, providing summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, proposals and other insurance documents within designated timelines
  • Conduct consultative conversations with a employee benefits client base; establish & maintain carrier relationships
  • Obtaining non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, completing renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause; prepare complete marketing submissions on existing clients as needed

Looking for a candidates that possess:

  • Life & Health License (all lines)

Personal Lines Account Manager

This position works on an established book of business, handling billing questions, marketing, preparing policy renewals, verifying new policies, binders, coverage changes, account review and suggest coverage's, auto id cards, endorsements, quote and issue policies with several carriers, as well as conducting consultative conversations with clients. We are looking for someone with three or more years of personal lines experience and a P&C license, please consider applying today!

Commercial Lines Account Manager

This position works on an established book of business, processing renewals, binders, and summaries of clients current risk management program, as well as conducting consultative conversations with clients., as well as conducting consultative conversations with clients. We are looking for someone with three or more years of commercial experience and a P&C license, please consider applying today!

  • Manage an established book of business assigned specifically to you which entail: creating summaries of insurance, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, processing policies and renewals, proposals and other insurance documents within designated timelines
  • Conduct consultative conversations with a commercial client base; establishing a relationship between the carrier and client to achieve objectives for such clients
  • Obtaining renewal quotes, completing renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause; prepare complete marketing submissions on existing clients for their current lines of business or additional add on coverages

Looking for a candidates that possess:

  • Insurance experience in customer service or account management for a minimum of 3 years

Producer

Surveys loss exposure, needs, and possible un-insurable or difficult to design insurance plans by recommending coverage's to clients. Creates insurance proposals; makes sales presentations to prospective and existing clients on new and renewal business. Acknowledges non-standard coverage limitations and binding restrictions to document file and lower errors and omissions exposures. Explains coverages and exclusions and documents explanations to clients. Reviews existing policy coverages, at least annually, to upgrade accounts and remarket, if necessary.

Position Focus:

  • Develops, follows, and completes sales objectives
  • Prepares, requests, and delivers binders to insureds
  • Develops a profitable book of business
  • Assists service staff to collect client information in preparation of schedules of insurance, summaries, and renewal proposals
  • Reviews appropriate policy change requests and other account activity
  • Recommends and helps insureds carry out loss control programs
  • Participate in sales meetings
  • Identifies training needs with assistance from managers
  • Develops a personal improvement plan, and take responsibility for learning and improving technical and sales skills regularly.

Looking for a candidates that possess:

  • College education or equivalent insurance experience
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others, to explain complex issues, to receive and interpret complex information, and to respond appropriately
  • Must have and maintain P&C and/or Life and Health License
  • Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Full knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets
  • Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures
  • Ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and to close sales in insurance
  • Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality
  • Ability to drive a vehicle, visit clients, and make related calls to others
