Stahlka Agency started in 1957 when Donald and Gertrude Stahlka opened a small family insurance office in Western New York. They built their business on trust, hard work, and treating people the right way.
Three generations later, those values still guide us. We have grown into one of the region’s leading independent insurance firms, serving thousands of families and businesses with a team of more than 45 professionals. Today, the agency is led by Mark and Brad Stahlka, with their father, William Stahlka, serving as Chairman Emeritus. Alongside them are a group of dedicated equity partners helping carry the mission forward.
We are still a family business at heart. But we operate with the capability, discipline, and innovation of a modern firm.
