Mark Stahlka, the agency’s current President, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this position, Mark will drive strategic vision and long-term growth initiatives while continuing to personally manage and expand key client relationships. His proven leadership and industry expertise will be instrumental in charting the agency’s future course.
Brad Stahlka has been elevated to President from his current role as Vice President. Brad will oversee comprehensive operations across both Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty divisions, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced service delivery. His track record of operational excellence positions him perfectly to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization while maintaining strong client partnerships.
Shawn Berg expands his role to become Chief Operations & Growth Officer (COGO), combining his current operational leadership with strategic growth initiatives. In this dual role, Shawn will continue to oversee day-to-day operations while spearheading the agency’s expansion through mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition, and market development across Western and Central New York. His focus will extend beyond local markets to establish a stronger regional presence throughout upstate New York. Drawing on his distinguished background as a former Marine, Shawn brings military precision and strategic thinking to both operational excellence and growth initiatives.
Jimmy Pizzutelli has been promoted to Vice President and Director of Sales, where he will lead and mentor Stahlka’s sales force while maintaining his focus on key client relationships. His appointment reinforces the agency’s commitment to developing top-performing insurance professionals and delivering superior client solutions.
